Make It Fabulous has been creating memorable and exciting foods in Erie for the past 18 years. Stephanie and Jack Combine their talents of culinary and event planning, to cater and plan all types and sizes of parties, weddings, and events. No event is too large or too small, no menu is too simple or too elegant. Make It Fabulous specializes in assisting you in all stages of your party and menu planning. We can provide foods from a simple drop off to complete event support. Make It Fabulous is all About: creative planning attention to detail, freshness, and presentation of foods.
Jack is a veteran of the hospitality industry with his roots starting in Dallas Texas. Jack’s work included his time with Rosewood Hotel’s Mansion on Turtle Creek, to operating fine dining establishments in the heart of Dallas. Moving north to Kansas City, Jack has owned and operated a variety of concepts and establishments from a Jazz Supper Club, to a BBQ Joint, Southwest Cuisine Café while refining his skills as an operator and chef. He has brought his 30 years of culinary passion to Erie.
The Former Summer House Café was an example of his desire to create a destination for Erie to enjoy great, fresh meals and inviting service. The new Make It Fabulous Catering Kitchen is located on the corner of Cranberry and West Sixth Street.
Stephanie hails from Pittsburgh and began her catering career with the Omni Hotel in Baltimore. She then led the Catering Department for the Marriott Hotel Inner Harbor and then moved to Dallas as the Director of Catering for Rosewood’s Four Start Hotel Crescent Court.
Later in Kansas City, Stephanie worked in Production and Sales for Two Major Event Production Companies; producing corporate events for Fortune 500 clients across the country.
Now in Erie, she wears many hats; from her love of baking, to designing, planning and executing Make It Fabulous events.
